摘要:

燃煤电站锅炉运行中,受热面的积灰与结渣不可避免,为了保障电站锅炉的安全运行,必须采用一定的手段将受热面的积灰与结渣控制在不影响机组安全性和经济性的范围内。描述了蒸汽吹灰、水力吹灰、燃气脉冲吹灰、气体激波吹灰和各种声波吹灰系统的工作原理,对各种吹灰系统的优缺点进行了技术比较,并给出了不同受热面的吹灰系统选择建议方案。

Abstract:

In coalfired power plant boiler operation, heating surface deposition and slagging is unavoidable. To ensure the operation safety, this has to be control. This paper introduced and compared steam blowing, hydraulic blowing, gas pulse sootblowing and kinds of sonic soot blowing. Suggestion on application was provided.
