摘要:

根据钦寸水库的结构特点及功能定位,选用表孔弧形钢闸门。介绍了表孔弧形闸门的结构布置特点及设计要点。采用常用的双斜支臂式结构,设计时上框架略抬高,不仅能使上、下框架荷载均匀,而且可以提高闸门刚度。门叶结构根据需要采用强度较大的钢材,支臂采用强度相对较小的钢材。侧止水采用角型橡皮止水,避免因漏水而引起闸门振动。支铰设计时应合理布置铰链、铰座的肋板,避免弧门开启过程中发生干涉。闭式启闭机能保证良好的润滑和较好的啮合精度,传动效率高,后期日常维护工作量小。

Abstract:

Based on the feature and function of Qincun Reservoir, radial gate was selected. This paper introduced the structure and design feature of radial gate. In the common oblique branch arm structure, slightly lifting the upper frame will even the load on upper and under frame, and will increase the gate overall rigidity. To eliminated vibration while leakage, steel with less strength was used on gate, and higher strength steel on gate frame. Alignment of hinges was optimized to avoid interference while opening and closing. Fine lubricity and mesh accuracy requires less maintenance.
