摘要:

针对某电厂碗式中速磨煤机制粉系统存在的原煤仓频繁断煤、磨煤机的石子煤排放量大、磨煤机外气封漏风严重、煤粉管道频繁磨穿、泄漏煤粉污染环境、磨煤机热风隔绝门密封不严密等诸多问题,经过广泛调研和现场应用研究,对原煤仓疏通方式、磨煤机外气封、热风隔绝门、磨煤机叶轮形式等进行改进,并对易损件进行寿命评估,形成了一套应用于碗式中速磨制粉系统性能优化的集成方案,在新建电厂制粉系统的设计、设备选型以及在役机组的技术改造具有很好的借鉴价值。

Abstract:

To solve the problems such as coal bunker frequent jam, air seal leakage and powder pipe blockage, improvement reconstruction of coal bunker, air seal, hot air isolation valve and pulverizer impeller was carried out. The lifetime of vulnerable parts was evaluated. An integrated performance improvement plan for bowl type medium speed pulverizer was established. This could be referred by similar power plant.
