摘要：

燃机电厂机组采用调峰运行方式，调停时间较长，为减少停用机组的下网电量，对某燃机电厂各机组间厂用电进行“手拉手”改造。详细介绍了运行操作过程及存在的风险，可为同类型电厂改造提供参考。

Abstract:

Gas turbine power plant usually adopted peak load operation mode. To reduce the offgrid power while shutdown, the socall “handinhand” reconstruction to integrate the service power systems between units was carried out. This paper detailed introduced the operation process and the risks existed. This could be referred by similar power plants.
