摘要：

介绍了暖风器疏水改造在某电厂的实施情况，针对暖风器疏水泵一用一备大小泵变频自动控制的要求，在原设计泵指令平衡控制方式的基础上,摸索出适合两个手操器设定值共用、两个PID调节的控制方式,并通过现场试验证明此方式既可实现设定值无扰切换,又能满足大小不同特性泵的调节品质。

Abstract:

This paper introduced the application of steam air heat dewater pump in a power plant. Based on the requirement of autocontrol of steam air heat dewater pumps of different size oneoperatingonestandby, the control method of shared setting value on two manual controllers and two individual PID regulating was indicated. Which fulfilled setting value undisturbed switching and ensured adjusting two pumps of different size. 
