摘要:

某电厂1000MW机组YKK710-4W型一次风机电机大修后振动合格,在运行3个月后振动开始增大并持续增长,振动超标,严重威胁机组的安全、稳定运行。通过振动诊断分析和电流频谱分析,找到振动增大的根本原因是找正不合格,找正调节垫片接触面积小。经重新找正并更换尺寸合适的垫片,避免了故障进一步扩大及更换电机的“过度检修”,缩短了检修时间,节约了检修成本,有力地保障了设备的安全。

Abstract:

A power plant’s 1000MW unit YKK710-4W type primary fan passed the vibration test after overhaul. In the three months after, vibration kept increasing till over limit vibrating and threatened to unit operation safety. By vibration diagnostic and current spectrum analysis, the primary cause was found as the contact surface of adjusting washer was too small. After changed washer to proper size, this issue was solved.Damage extending and overmaintenance of generator was avoided. This shortened the maintenance period, reduced cost and effectively ensured equipment safety.
