摘要:

针对某发电厂#1,#2锅炉再热器减温水调节阀实际运行中出现的零开度漏流、小开度调节线性差等问题,提出了将调节阀芯改为三重密封结构、节流套改成三级调节结构、阀门流量调节线性曲线采用等百分比特性曲线的改造方案。改造后消除了零开度漏流现象,阀门实际流量调节线性良好,可为同类型调节阀的改造提供参考。

Abstract:

Based on the problem of a power plant’s No.1 and No.2 boiler reheater attemperating water control valve leakage at zero opening, this paper introduced the improvement plant that changed the control valve core to triple seal structure, change the throttle sleeve to triple stage control structure, and change the valve control cure to equal percentage characteristic. After this improvement, the leakage at zero opening was eliminated. Valve flow control linearity is fine. This could be referred by similar control valve improvement project.
