摘要:

介绍了湖北华电襄阳发电有限公司 #1机组频繁出现突降负荷的异常现象,经过仔细分析和试验,最终发现是高压调节阀开度超过80%后机械卡涩所致。针对该问题,采取了切实可行的应急措施,取得了继续运行的良好效果,最终停机消除了该缺陷。

Abstract:

Frequent load dip was occurred in Xiangyang Power Plant No.1 Unit. After detailed analysis and test, this was caused by mechanical jam after opening of 80%. To solve this problem, emergency measures were taken and ensured operation. This defect was eliminated after shutdown.
