摘要:

随着大容量、高参数机组成为发电助理机组,纯发电的大中型机组面临巨大的经营压力,对其进行供热改造提升经济效益具有重大的意义。供热改造后由于补水量的增大,给水有机物对机组水汽品质的影响就显得更加突出。从炉外水处理系统到炉内水汽系统对有机物行为进行研究,探讨系统各阶段有机物的去除效果、有机物对水汽品质的影响以及对锅炉受热面腐蚀的作用,为供热机组水处理系统的改进提出建议。

Abstract:

As the large capacity and high parameter unit into power assistant unit, pure power of large and mediumsized unit under huge pressure, heating to reform is of great significance to improve the economic benefit. After reforming heating due to the increase of filling water, water the influence of organic matter on the unit water vapor quality even more outstanding. Web of processing system from the furnace to the furnace water system to research the behavior of organic matter removal efficiency of organic matter, organic matter in different stages of the study system for water quality as well as to the role of the boiler heating surface corrosion, the influence of the unit for heating water treatment system improvement are proposed.
