摘要:

为了防止运行人员在变压器带电的运行状态下拉合接地刀闸,采用高压带电显示闭锁装置对变压器低压侧接地刀闸的拉合操作回路进行电气二次闭锁;同时,通过串入多个接点闭锁拉合接地刀闸的操作回路,有效降低了变压器低压侧接地刀闸发生误操作事故的风险,保证了电力系统安全、稳定运行。

Abstract:

To prevent operating crew operate the grounding switch while transformer energized, high voltage display and locking device was adopted. By connecting multiple operating circuits in series with grounding switch, the risk of misoperation was effectively reduced. The safety and stability of electrical system was ensured.
