脱硫石灰石中二氧化硅检测简易分析法的提出及实践

摘要:

石灰石/石灰-石膏法烟气脱硫工艺广泛应用于火力发电厂中,对石灰石中二氧化硅含量的验收程序较为繁琐,GB/T 176—2008《水泥化学分析方法》基准分析方法需要20多h,GB/T 5762—2012《建材用石灰石、生石灰和熟石灰化学分析方法》中的代用法也需要10多h。通过创新试验程序,用酸不溶物含量约等于石灰石中二氧化硅含量的简易分析方法,试验过程可由原来的3个工作日降为1个工作日,并且该方法操作简单,药品耗费少,使用仪器、器皿少,误差能够满足现场验收石灰石的需要。

Abstract:

The limestonegypsum method desulfurization process is widely applied in thermal power plant. The process of limestone acceptance is complicated. Based on GB/T 176—2008Methods for Chemical Analysis of Cement, the reference method requires more than 20 hours. The instead method in GB/T 5762—2012 Methods for Chemical Analysis of Limestone, Quicklime and Hydrated Lime for Building Materials Industry needs more than 10 hours. By innovating test procedure, the simplified method reduced the test duration from three working days to one working day, and reduced the drug consumption. Test deviation is acceptable for site limestone acceptance.
