摘要：

热电联营项目属于集热电联产、节能减排、资源综合利用、循环经济等多种概念的供热技术改造项目。根据政策、成本、利润测算和投资收益分析，本项目具有良好的赢利能力，将对改善火力发电企业的生产经营起到积极作用，为从事该项技术工作者提供参考。

Abstract:

Heatpower joint operation is the technological upgrading project that combined heatpower cogeneration, energy saving & energy saving, resources comprehensive utilization, circular economy and other concepts. Based on the policy, cost, profit measurement and analysis of investment revenue, this project has fine profit ability, to improve the production and operation of thermal power enterprises, play a positive role, and provide reference for working on the technical workers.
