摘要:

大型电站锅炉燃烧器在使用过程中大都存在磨损的问题。燃烧器磨损引起锅炉配风变化,导致燃烧调整困难,造成一次风率升高,使烟气NOx浓度增加。通过分析燃烧器磨损的成因,对比氧化铝陶瓷和碳化硅陶瓷在燃烧器上的使用情况,发现采用碳化硅陶瓷作为防磨材料可解决耐磨衬脱落、燃烧器磨损的问题。

Abstract:

The problem of abrasion is existing in large scale power plant boiler combustor operation. This problem changed the air distribution, increased the adjustment difficulty of burning process, increased the primaryair flow rate, and ultimately increased the NOx density. By analyzing the causes of combustor abrasion, and comparing the application condition of aluminum oxide ceramics and silicon carbide ceramics, to use silicon carbide ceramics as antiabrasion material is able to solve the problem of anticorrosion liner detachment and combustor abrasion.
