摘要:

对于燃用高硫分无烟煤的超临界W火焰锅炉,其配套的动叶可调轴流引风机存在动叶经常性卡涩及漂移问题,针对其原因进行分析,从设备检修、设备结构优化、设备运行等方面有针对性地采取预防及治理措施,最终使问题得到了有效控制。

Abstract:

For supercritical Wflame boiler that firing high sulfur anthracite, the axial induced fan blade jam and shift is an existing problem. After analyzing this problem, a series prevention and treating measures was indicated. This problem was effectively controlled.
