摘要:

随着电力市场竞争的日益激烈和煤炭价格的日趋回暖,为了降低燃料成本,提高经济效益,掺烧低质煤越来越受到大容量火电机组的青睐。在掺烧低质煤时既要保证锅炉的安全稳定和负荷、压力的响应及时,避免煤水比失调等异常工况,又要最大限度地提高锅炉的燃烧效率,优化机组各项指标,降低供电煤耗,提高企业在行业中的竞争力。着重探讨了掺烧低质煤时采取的保障措施,特别是高负荷和低负荷时的安全、稳定运行措施,以及通过优化锅炉燃烧方式来提高机组经济性,为同类电厂掺烧低质煤提供借鉴经验。

Due to serious competition, more and more large capacity power plants prefer to blendedcombustion inferior coal for lower cost. During blendedcombustion, the operation safety, load and pressure shall be ensured to avoid coalwater unbalance. This paper discussed the assurance measurements, especially the operation safety while peak load and underload.
