摘要:

结合施工实际,从热输入、热电偶、加热器3个方面分析接头的焊后热处理常见故障产生的原因和表现。分别从加热阶段、恒温阶段和降温阶段分析故障的类型及应对措施。对发生故障后,可能出现的硬度异常情况进行分析讨论,并根据标准及金属相变原理提出处置方案。根据生产实际,对如何避免焊后热处理故障,提出了预防措施。

Abstract:

Based on construction practice, the cause and expression of joint postweld heat treatment common problems was analyzed from heat input, thermocouple and heater. Treatment measures were provided for each of heating stage, constant stage and temperature fall stage. The situation of abnormal hardness after fault was analyzed. Treatment measurements were provided based on standards and metal phase transformation principle. Prevention measurements to avoid postweld heat treatment were provided based on production practice.
