摘要:

石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫(FGD)系统由于其高效的脱硫效率和低成本的运行费用成为全球广泛应用的脱硫技术。影响其脱硫效率的主要物化参数有pH值、石灰石活性、SO2质量浓度、除尘效率、水平衡、FGD出口烟尘含量等,通过对比分析,各物化参数对脱硫系统的影响程度为pH值>石灰石活性和SO2质量浓度>除尘效率>水平衡>FGD出口烟尘含量。

Abstract:

Limestonegypsum wet flue gas desulfurization (FGD) system is widely used in worldwide benefited from high desulfurization efficiency and low operational cost. The desulfurization efficiency is affected by pH value, limestone activity, SO2 mass density, dust removal efficiency, moisture balance, FGD outlet dust content and other physical and chemical parameters. After comparison, physical and chemical parameters that affect desulfurization efficiency from strong to weak is pH value, limestone activity, SO2 mass density, dust removal efficiency, moisture balance, and FGD outlet dust content.
