摘要:

某660MW超超临界锅炉燃烧器运行一段时间后出现严重烧损,通过对燃烧器改造方法分析得到改善侧墙还原性气氛减少腐蚀及避免燃烧器烧损方法,并通过改造后进行热态燃烧优化调整研究,降低运行含氧量,有效降低NOx质量浓度和保证燃烧完全,提高锅炉效率,对同类型锅炉燃烧调整研究有指导意义。

Abstract:

With regards to the severe damage of a 660MW ultra supercritical boiler burner operation after a period of time, based on the analysis of improved method of burner to reduce corrosion and reducing atmosphere of side wall , and through the study on optimization of transformation, effectively reduce the NOx emissions and ensure complete combustion, which has instructive sisignificance to study on combustion adjustment type of boiler.
