锅炉低负荷时再热蒸汽温度低的原因分析及燃烧器改造

摘要:

针对国内某350MW锅炉低负荷时再热蒸汽温度低的问题,经摸底和燃烧调整试验,确定仅通过运行调整难以有效缓解该问题,需进行燃烧器优化改造。提出了减弱炉膛吸热和减小炉膛上部烟气旋转残余的燃烧器优化设计改造方案,改造后的优化调整试验结果表明:机组低负荷时再热蒸汽温度明显提高,炉膛燃烧及结渣情况得到改善,机组NOx 排放质量浓度有所降低。改造后的燃烧调整试验为运行人员提供了机组低负荷运行优化调整指导卡片,有效提高了机组运行的经济性和安全性。

Abstract:

Based on a domestic 350MW boiler low reheat steam temperature at low load, by investigating and combustion adjusting tests, it was determined that operation adjustment would not solve this problem, and combustor improvement reconstruction is necessary. The plan that to reduce furnace heat absorption and upper flue gas swirling was indicated. After improvement, reheat steam temperature was significantly raised at low load. Situation of combustion and slugging was improved. Unit NOx emission mass concentration was reduced. The combustion adjusting tests after improvement provided instruction cards for operation crew. Unit economy and safety was enhanced.
