以上海某工业园区的分布式能源站改造项目为例,研究了分布式能源系统污染物排放量的变化趋势,依据分布式能源系统的环境效益评估新模型,分析分布式能源站与传统燃煤电站的环境效益及环境成本。研究结果表明,相对传统电站,分布式能源系统的环保指标显著提高,环境成本仅为同等负荷燃煤电厂的1/13。通过定量分析分布式能源系统的环境效益,一方面为分布式能源系统的控制系统优化提供环境影响数据,另一方面也为分布式能源的发展提供数据支持。

Abstract:

Take the distributed energy station reconstruction project in Shanghai as an example, the distributed energy system pollutant emission varying trend was studied. Based on the distributed energy system environmental benefits evaluation model, the environmental benefits and cost of distributed energy system and traditional coalfired power was analyzed. The study result indicated that, compared with traditional power plant, the environmental index of distributed energy system is significantly higher. Environmental cost of distributed energy system is only onethirteenth of traditional coalfired power plant. Quantitatively analyzing distributed energy system is not only providing environmental data for control system improvement, but also providing data for the development of distributed energy system.
