摘要：

华能沁北发电有限责任公司一期工程烟囱钛钢内筒安装采用自动液压顶升施工技术，筒体钛面上无需加焊止滑块，可有效保证打磨、钛贴条焊缝质量。介绍了自动液压顶升系统组成及施工方案，校核了系统的安全性。该技术可有效缩短施工工期、节约施工成本并保证工程质量。

Abstract:

The chimney titanium inner cylinder of Huaneng Qinbei Power Generation Company Limited phase I, use a new technology called automatic hydraulic jacking construction,there is no need to weld sliders on the serface of cylinder titanium, which can effectively ensure grinding, the quality of grinding and titanium strip weld.It introduces the composition and construction scheme of the automatic hydraulic top lift system and the safety of the system. The technology can effectively shorten construction period, save construction cost and guarantee engineering quality.
