摘要:

12Cr1MoV是目前电站锅炉用量最大的低合金耐热钢,经国内外实践证明其工艺性能良好,可靠性强,其广泛应用在锅炉过热管、联箱和管道中。以某电厂 #4机亚临界锅炉为例,针对后屏集箱至高温过热器联箱连接管的内部裂纹进行分析,并提出相应的处理解决方案,为目前国内在役最多的300MW机组中的12Cr1MoV厚壁钢管技术管理提供了有益借鉴,为机组安全经济运行提供了重要保障。

Abstract:

12Cr1MoV is the most commonly used lowalloy heatresistant steel in electric furnace and its high process performance and reliability has been widely proved. It is commonly applied in making superheater tubers,headers,and pipes a boiler. In this paper,the subcritical boiler is used as an example,and the analysis is focused on the cracks inside the connection pipes between the header and superheater. The solutions provide important experience and guarantees for the 12Cr1MoV steel pipes applied in most of the 300MW units with the largest number in service.
