摘要:

随着国家环保要求的不断提高,火电厂大气污染物排放标准日趋严格,烟尘排放成为继二氧化硫、氮氧化物之后,火电厂环保改造的重中之重。华电漯河发电有限公司330MW机组脱硫出口雾滴质量浓度波动较大,经试验论证,确定了在脱硫尾部烟道加装两级烟道除雾器的改造方案。净烟道加装除雾器后,烟囱入口烟尘质量浓度降至30mg/m3。

Abstract:

With constant improvement of the national environmental protection requirements and increasingly strict air pollutants emission standards on coalfired power plant, soot have become the priority of environmental upgrade project in thermal power plants, besides sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides. In Huadian Luohe Power Generation Company Limited 330MW thermal power unit, the quality concentration of the droplet at the outlet of desulfurization device fluctuates greatly.The retrofitting scheme of twostage mist eliminator at the tail of desulphurizing flue is settled with experimental demonstration.After mist eliminator is installed on purifying flue,the quality concentration of smoke emission at the chimney inlet drops to 30mg/m3.
