冷凝湿膜离心除尘除雾技术在湿法脱硫系统中的应用

摘要:

火电机组超低排放要求烟囱外排烟气粉尘质量浓度<5mg/m3,浆液质量浓度<20mg/m3,这就要求外排烟气中 3.5μm以内各粒度颗粒物的平均去除率达到70%以上,而脱硫系统内普通除雾装置及后方湿电装置对烟气中纳米级颗粒物几乎没有去除能力。提出一种冷凝湿膜离心除尘除雾技术,应用冷凝相变原理,将脱硫后湿烟气降温。析出的水汽可以“捕捉”微米级颗粒物,再凝并生成大液滴,从而被除雾装置去除。该技术可以高效去除烟气中3.5μm以下颗粒物(粉尘、浆液),同时兼顾脱硫塔液位平衡、节省系统水耗,显著提升机组经济效益。

Abstract:

In order to fulfill the requirement of thermal power units’ ultralow emission, the mass concentration of dust in flue gas should be lower than 5mg/m3 and the mass concentration of slurry should be lower than 20mg/m3, which request a 70%  removal rate on average among various exhausted flue gas particles whose diameters are smaller than 3.5μm. However, the ordinary demist device and the wet electrostatic precipitator afterwards in the desulfurization system can barely remove the nanoscale particles in the flue gas. According to the principle of condensed phase transition which can cool the wet flue gas after desulfurization, a centrifugal dust removal and demisting technology with condensation wet film is recommended.The precipitated water vapor can ‘capture’the micronsized particles which can form large droplets after recondensing and be removed by the demister. This technology can effectively remove particulate matter (dust, slurry) smaller than 3.5μm in flue gas, and at the same time take into account the liquid level balance of desulfurization tower, save water consumption in the system, and significantly improve units’ economic efficiency.
