摘要:

某电厂超临界机组低温过热器发生爆管,通过宏观检查、金相分析、扫描电镜等方式,结合历次启停检查状况与检修状况、以往异常运行情况以及锅炉初始设计数据,认定过热器泄漏的原因是氧化垢提前脱落导致管道堵塞,引发短时过热爆管。并针对机组运行状况提出了行之有效的预防措施,有效提高机组的安全经济运行。

Abstract:

There was a tube bursting in the lowtemperature superheater of supercritical unit in a power plant.Through macro inspection, metallographic analysis and electron microscopy, combining previous startup and shutdown inspection status, maintenance status, abnormal operation and the initial design of the boiler, it is discovered that oxidized scale falling off which leads to tube blockage and shortterm overheating is the cause to the tube bursting. Effective preventive measures for operating statuses are proposed, which effectively improve the safety and economy of the units
