摘要:

脱硝催化剂的寿命管理是降低脱硝成本、保证脱硝效果的重要手段。再生催化剂与新催化剂均存在寿命管理的问题,且采用的寿命管理技术不同。结合失活催化剂的特性及失活原因,从再生生产工艺的设计与实施、再生催化剂的运行、停机检修等多个方面,详述了再生催化剂寿命管理技术和应用全过程,为燃煤电厂实施失活脱硝催化剂的再生及再生催化剂的应用提供了参考。

Abstract:

The life management of denitration catalyst is an important means to reduce the cost and ensure effect of denitration. Both the regenerated catalyst and the new catalyst have problems in life management and employ different life management techniques. Combined with the characteristics of the deactivated catalyst and the cause of deactivation, the life management technology of the regenerated catalyst and the whole process of its regeneration application are detailed from the design and implementation of the regenerative production process, operation of regenerated catalyst,overhaul and maintenance, etc. It provides reference for the regeneration of the deactivated denitration catalyst and the application of the regenerated catalyst for coalfire power plants.
