摘要:

某电厂由于供热时补水量较大,锅炉补给水中TOC质量浓度持续超标,给水和蒸汽氢电导率严重不合格。通过对锅炉补给水中TOC来源和水处理设备对水中TOC去除能力的分析,提出解决办法,圆满解决了锅炉补给水水质不合格及汽水品质差的问题。

Abstract:

The mass concentration of TOC in boiler makeup water has been exceeding the standard due to the large amount of water supply during heating. The cation conductivity of makeup water and steam are way below the standard. Analyzing the TOC source of boiler makeup water and the TOC removal ability of water treatment equipment, a solution is proposed to solve the problem of unqualified boiler makeup water and steam.
