摘要:

励磁变压器在运行中的相关部件(铁心本体、夹件、拉板、接地装置等)出现故障将影响变压器的安全运行。铁心多点接地会在接地点之间形成闭合回路,链接部分磁通、感生电势、形成环流,造成局部过热。变压器局部铁心温度升高会加快绝缘老化,甚至引发变压器温度高保护跳闸。故铁心多点接地对变压器危害极大,必须予以重视和消除。以某燃机励磁变压器铁心多点接地的消缺为例进行剖析,对相关故障的检修维护提供了一些方法和建议。

Abstract:

Failure of the relevant components of excitation transformer (core body, clamps, pull plates, grounding devices, etc.) will affect the safe operation of the transformer. The multipoint grounding of the iron core will create a closed loop between the grounding points. There is magnetic flux and induced potential at the linking parts, which can form a circulating current and lead to local overheating. The rise of the local core temperature of the transformer will accelerate the insulation aging and even cause the hightemperature trip protection. Therefore, the multipoint grounding of the iron core is extremely harmful to the transformer.It must be taken seriously and eliminated. Taking the multipoint grounding of a gas turbine excitation transformer core as an example, the method is analyzed, and some suggestions are provided for the maintenance and repair of related faults.
