摘要:

火力发电厂选择性催化还原法(SCR)脱硝系统热解炉尿素结晶会导致整个脱硝系统无法正常运行,以大唐洛阳热电有限责任公司 #6机组脱硝热解炉尿素结晶为案例,分析了SCR尿素热解炉尿素结晶的原因,提出了对系统设计优化方案,有效治理结晶问题,希望对热解炉尿素结晶的现象进行有效预防和提供针对性的对策。

Abstract:

The urea crystallization of the pyrolysis furnace in the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitration system of thermal power plant will lead to the failure of operattionof the whole denitration system. The case of the urea crystallization of the denitrification pyrolysis furnace of No.6 unit of Datang Luoyang Thermal Power Company Limited is taken as example to analyze the reason for the crystallization of urea in SCR urea pyrolysis furnace. The system design optimization scheme is proposed to effectively control the crystallization problem. It is hoped that the phenomenon of urea crystallization in the pyrolysis furnace can be effectively prevented and targeted countermeasures can be provided.
