充氮气油浸式变压器取油样技术探讨

摘要:

油浸式变压器内部一般不充氮气,其取油样技术也比较成熟。但对内部充氮气的油浸式变压器,其取油样技术很少有资料介绍。若采用常规的取油样技术,经常出现外部空气倒吸进入充氮气油浸式变压器内部,油样却无法取出的现象。通过对取油样技术的探讨,结合工程实际,总结出了一种适用于充氮气油浸式变压器的取油样技术,很好地解决了上述问题。

Abstract:

Common oilimmersed transformer is notfilled with nitrogen,and its oil sample technology is also relatively mature. However, the oilimmersed transformer filled within nitrogen is rarely introduced on papers. If conventional oil sampling technology is used, it is the external air that will be sucked into the inside of the nitrogen filled oilimmersed transformer frequently, rather than the oil sample that can be moved out of it. Through the discussion over oil sampling technology and combination with engineering practice, it summarizes an oil sampling technology that is suitable for nitrogen filled oilimmersed transformer and can solve the above problems well.
