摘要：

锅炉垮灰灭火给火电厂带来重大损失。掌握锅炉运行工况对避免烟道积灰垮灰，消除灭火隐患至关重要。针对HG1900 型W火焰锅炉运行中突然发生的灭火事故进行分析，采取运行控制和技术改造相结合的防范措施，使机组运行的稳定性有了明显改善。

Abstract:

The ash collapse and fire extinguishing of the boiler will bring great loss to the thermal power plant. Mastering the operating condition of the boiler is very important to prevent flue ash from collapsing andeliminate the fire hazard. The analysis is made according to the accidentally fire extinguishing of HG1900Wflame boiler during operation. It takes operational control and technical transformation as preventive measures, which improves the stability of unit operation significantly.
