磨煤机衬板结构和磨损对磨煤机出力影响的对比分析

摘要:

通过对潍坊公司 #3炉3B、3C磨煤机采用的两套不同结构的衬板进行3年跟踪分析,找到了造成磨煤机出力不高的原因,并提出针对性措施,利用大、小修和QC活动期实施衬板改造。经比对,采用Magotteaux公司的新型MVL衬板,可提高磨煤机制粉出力,保证磨煤机的安全经济运行。

Abstract:

Tracking and analyzing 2 sets ofliners with different structures which are applied on 3B and 3C coal mill of #3 boiler in Weifang Power Generation Company Limited for 3 years, the causes of insufficient coal mill output are found and the corresponding measures are put forward. Utilizing the overhaul, maintenance and QC activity,liner transformation is implemented. By comparison, the MVL liner of Magotteaux Company can improve the output of the coal mill and ensure the safe and economical operation of the coal mill.
