摘要:

设计人员进行风机选型时,缺少对实际数据综合处理的软件工具,工作量大,容易出错,最终文件结果也不统一。本软件通过对风机试验数据、运行数据、设备类型等参数分析计算,可协助设计人员进行风机选型全流程工作,提高工作的统一性、专业性,降低人员劳动强度。基于该软件对某410t/h的煤粉炉排粉风机进行优化选型,年节电折合11.4万元,有一定的推广价值。

Abstract:

Designers in the fan selection process,lack software tools which can comprehensively process practical data. The workload is heavy, which may lead to errors and inconsistent results comparing with final documents. This software can analyze and calculate the parameters of fans’ test data, operation data and equipment type and help designers to conduct the fan selection process, to improve the unity and professionalism of the work and reduce the labor intensity. According to the optimization and model selection by this software on a 410t/h pulverized coal boiler’s powder evacuation machine, 114 thousand yuan can be saved per year. It proves a reference.
