大型自然通风冷却塔淋水噪声综合治理技术研究

摘要:

由于声环境功能区划分等级提高,某燃煤电厂原有冷却塔声屏障降噪措施无法满足《工业企业厂界环境噪声排放标准》 2类标准的要求。在保留原有冷却塔声屏障结构的基础上,充分考虑利旧、成本投资和降噪效果等实际因素,提出了消声垫、改进声屏障和新增消声通道3种不同的降噪治理设计方案。通过降噪治理技术方案的综合对比分析,推荐采用将原有直线形声屏障加高设计、对内侧进行吸声处理的技术方案。

Abstract:

Due to the improvement of the functional classification of sound environment, the original noise barrier reduction measures for cooling towers cannot meet the second class requirements of ‘Emission standard for industrial enterprises noise at boundary’. Retaining the acoustic barrier structure of the original cooling tower, it takes full consideration of the old facilities, capital of investment and noise reduction etc. It puts forward three different design solutions which are adding silencing mat, improving original noise barrier and adding new sound absorption channels. Through the comprehensive comparison and analysis of these noise reduction design, it recommend the solution of increasing the height of the original linear sound barrier and adding inside sound absorption
