摘要:

区域型分布式能源站余热锅炉锅筒水位测量信号的可靠与否,直接关系到余热锅炉及蒸汽轮机设备的本体运行安全,故余热锅炉锅筒水位测量系统是能源站进行热工测量时最为重要的系统之一。以某项目双压余热锅炉的高压锅筒水位测量系统为例,从锅筒水位测量仪表配置、锅筒仪表的测量原理、差压式水位计测量装置的平衡容器配置及相应的校正方法、锅筒水位的调节与保护信号处理等几个方面对余热锅炉锅筒的水位测量系统设计要点进行了分析和研究。

Abstract:

The reliability of water level measurement signalof waste heat boiler drumin regional distributed energy station is directly related to the safe operation of waste heat boiler and steam turbine equipment .Therefore,the water level measurement system of waste heat boiler drum is one of the most important system for thermal measurement. Taking the water level measurement to a highpressure drum of double pressure waste heat boiler as an example, the key designing points of water level measurement system are analyzed and studiedfrom configuration of measuring instrument for water level of drum, drum instrument measuring principle, the configuration and the corresponding correction method for balance container of differential pressure type level gauge, the drum water level control and processing of protective signal.
