摘要:

针对内蒙古某风电场Vensys变桨系统中变桨电容高电压故障,分析故障原因并逐项进行排查,发现手动变桨时,变桨电容电压监测模块的输出端电压3s后低于54V,停止变桨后,电压恢复正常。更换超级电容后,机组恢复正常运行。

:Analyzing pitch capacitor’s high voltage fault in Vensys pitch system of a wind farm in Inner Mongolia. Analyzing the cause of fault and check them item by item, it is found out that while taking manual pitch control, the output voltage of pitch capacitor voltage monitoring module is less than 54V after 3s .The voltage return to normal after terminating the pitch system . After replacing the supercapacitor, the unit return to normal operation.
