摘要:

循环水系统为火电机组的基本系统,该系统的控制品质直接关系到机组运行的安全性和经济性。分析某机组因为循环水泵跳闸造成非停的直接原因和间接原因,对循环水泵、循环水泵出口蝶阀和电泵电源柜的控制逻辑进行了优化,对泵出口蝶阀动力油站的检修维护提出了建议,提高了机组运行的安全可靠性。

Abstract:

Circulating water system is a basic system of a thermal power unit. The control quality of the system is directly related to the safety and economy of unit operation. It analyzes the direct and indirect causes of unplanned outage caused by the trip of circulating water pump. The control logic optimization is made on circulating water pump, circulating pump outlet butterfly valve and pump power cabinet. Advice on maintenance of butterflyvalve power station at pump outlet is proposed.It improves the safety and reliability of unit operation.
