摘要:

火电厂进行梯级利用和节水改造后产生的高盐废水,依次通过高效化学软化、纳滤分盐装置、多段反渗透、碟管式反渗透装置和强制循环结晶技术,制得合格的回用水符合循环水补充水要求,同时获得工业盐,其氯化钠纯度达到98.5%。该方案可为火电厂高盐废水零排放提供借鉴。

Abstract:

After the water consumption revamping and cascading using, the wastewater with high salinity must be treated by highefficiency chemical soften device, nanofiltration, multistage reverse osmosis system, disk tube reverse osmosis and forced circulation crystallizer before meeting the requirement of makeup water of circulating water. At the same time, industrial salt is obtained whose purity is up to 98.5%. The technology can provide reference for zero discharge of highsalinity waste water in thermal power plants.
