摘要:

凝汽器端差及其冷却管道的清洁度是影响凝汽器真空的重要因素,冷却管道清洁度取决于胶球清洗装置运行状况。通过对传统凝汽器胶球清洗装置运行的局限性进行分析,对比国内近几年来的优化技术的理论研究和运行效果,甄别不可靠的技术路线,得到针对电厂机组实际情况的最优方案。

Abstract:

The condenser end difference and the cleanliness of the cooling pipes are important factors affecting the condenser vacuum. The cleanliness of the cooling pipes depends on the operating conditions of the rubber ball cleaning device. Analyzing the operation limitations of the traditional condenser rubber ball cleaning devices and comparing the theoretical research and operation results of domestic optimization technology in recent years, the unreliable technical route are identified and the optimal solution for the actual conditions of the power plant units are obtained.
