摘要:

针对某电厂330MW亚临界锅炉高温过热器爆管事故,借助宏观形貌分析、化学成分分析、金相组织分析和力学性能分析,判断该爆管事故是因长期超温和短期过热(异物堵管)共同作用所致。

Abstract:

Based on the macromorphological analysis, chemical composition analysis, metallographic strcture analysis and mechanical property analysis, a tube bursting since hightemperature overheating in a 300MW subcritical boiler of a power plant is analyzed. It turns out that the tube bursting is due to both longterm over temperature and shortterm overheating (tube blocked by foreign matter).
