摘要:

在凝汽式机组的日常运行中,凝结水溶氧高会对机组的经济性和安全性造成影响。以某电厂凝结水溶氧高处理过程为例,从真空严密性、过冷度、凝结水泵机械密封、阀门密封等方面逐一排查,确定影响该指标的直接因素,并对类似问题的应对提出了一些建议,以期为同类故障的处理提供参考。

Abstract:

In the daily operation of condensing units, highlevel dissolved oxygen in condensate water will affect the economy and safety of the unit. In the addressing process onhighlevel dissolved oxygen in condensate water of a power plant, the vacuum tightness, supercooling degree, mechanical sealing of the condensate pump, valve sealing and other aspects are investigated one by one to detect the direct factors affecting this index. Some suggestions are provide as references in dealing with similar cases.
