摘要:

某电厂热电联产汽轮发电机组,新投产运行几天后发电机振动异常,只能降低负荷运行,影响机组的安全、稳定运行和经济效益。通过振动诊断分析,发现振动异常的原因是转子不对中并且发电机地脚垫片接触面积小。重新找正并更换尺寸合适的垫片后,发电机组振动情况得到良好改善,避免了故障进一步扩大,有力地保障了设备的运行安全。

Abstract:

A few days after the operation of a cogeneration steam turbine generator set in a power plant, there was abnormal generator vibration, which would reduce the operation load and affect the safety, stable operation and economic benefits of the units. Through the vibration diagnosis analysis, it was found that the vibration abnormality was caused by the misalignment of rotor and the inadequate contact area of the generator foot gasket. After realigning and replacing the gasket of appropriate size, the vibration of the generator set is abated, which would avoid furtherdeterioration of the problem and would effectively ensures the safe operation of the equipment.
