摘要:

结合华能国际电力股份有限公司大连电厂含煤废水处理系统改造项目,将该电厂的新型含煤废水处理系统与旧的处理工艺进行比较,阐述了现阶段国内含煤废水处理工艺在实际运行中的不足,介绍了该新型处理系统的处理原理、工艺流程、节能减排效果,分析了该系统的技术优势。同时,利用查阅资料、现场试验的方法对该系统实际运行中出现的问题进行分析与解决,为进一步提高整套系统的效率与安全性,提出了合理化建议。解决了絮凝剂的持续性投入问题,提高了经济效益;提出的优化方案降低了安全隐患,提高了处理效率,改善了处理效果。

Abstract:

According to the reformation project of coalcontained wastewater treatment in Dalian Power Plant of Huaneng Power International Company Limited, a new coalcontaining wastewater treatment system is compared with the old one. It expounds the deficiency of domestic coal wastewater treatment technology in actual operation. It also introduces the treatment principle, process flow, energy saving, emission reduction effect of the new treatment system and the technical advantages of the new system. At the same time, problems in the actual operation of the system are analyzed and solved by data access and field test. Reasonable suggestions are put forward to make further improvement on the efficiency and safety of the whole system. The continuous addition of flocculating agent is solved and the economic performance is improved.The proposed optimization scheme reduces security risks, improves treatment efficiency and improves treatment effect.
