摘要:

国内采用抽凝供热方式的机组占采暖机组比例最大,因设计、改造、运行调节等原因,出现一系列影响机组安全性和经济性的问题。结合实例,从安全监控、保护配置、供热调节等方面分析供热过程中的典型问题及原因,制订综合优化方案,既能保证供热机组运行安全,又能降低供汽节流损失。

Abstract:

Condensing steam turbine accounts for the largest proportion of heating units in China. Due to design, modification, operational adjustment and other reasons, there are a series of problems affecting the safety and economy of the units. Combining with examples, typical problems and causes during heating supply are analyzed from the security monitoring, protection devices configuration, heating regulation and other aspects. Comprehensive optimization program can not only ensure the safety of heating units, but also reduce the throttling loss during steam supply.
