摘要:

天津华电南疆热电燃机项目为燃气-蒸汽联合循环热电机组,具有能源利用效率高、污染排放低等优点,但热电比小,与相同发电容量的燃煤热电厂相比供热能力偏小。本工程供热区域热负荷需求较大,在设计和建设过程中通过采用“二拖一”装机方案,实现汽轮机背压,扩大低压省煤器,在汽轮机全切时余热锅炉采取减温减压供热等措施,提高了机组的供热能力、供热可靠性和热效率。

Abstract:

There is a gassteam combined cycle thermoelectric unit in Tianjin Huadian Nanjiang Thermal Power Plant, with advantages of efficient energy utilization and low polluted emission. However, the heattoelectric ratio is small, and the heating capacity is worse than that of coalfired power plant with same generating capacity. The heat load in the area is large. In the process of design and construction, ‘two plus one’ installing scheme, back pressure steam turbine, the expansion of the low pressure economizer and heat/pressure reduction of HRSG in the full cutting time of the steam turbine are taken. The measures improve the heating capacity, heating reliability and heat efficiency of the unit.
