摘要:

汽封间隙是影响汽轮机热效率和热经济性的主要因素之一,隔板洼窝中心的调整将直接影响汽封间隙是否符合标准,而汽缸垂弧更是影响隔板洼窝中心及汽封间隙调整的关键因素。分析了汽缸垂弧产生的原因,论述了四川华电珙县发电有限公司600MW汽轮机本体大修过程中,全实缸状态下隔板洼窝中心、汽封间隙调整的优化工艺。现场检验表明,汽封间隙优化调整取得了较满意的效果,提高了汽轮机本体检修工作效率,保障了机组修后的经济性和安全性。

Abstract:

The clearance of gland sealing is one of the main factors affecting the thermal efficiency and thermal economy of the steam turbine. The adjustment of the center of cylinder bore on the diaphragm will directly affect whether the clearance of gland sealing will meets the standard, and the vertical arc of cylinder is the key to the center of cylinder bore and gland sealing. The key factor in the adjustment of the clearance is analyzed. It discusses the optimization process of adjusting the center of cylinder bore and gland sealing of fullsolid cylinder during the overhaul of the 600MW steam turbine in Sichuan Huadian Gongxian Power Generation Company Limited. The onsite inspection shows that the optimization and adjustment of the gland sealing clearance achieved satisfactory results, improved the efficiency of the maintenance of the turbine body, and ensured the economy and safety of the unit after overhaul.
