摘要:

某公司一次风机变频装置的电气设备设计有自动旁路的条件,但没有投切方案,因而变频装置在故障时无法实现自动切换至旁路运行的功能,给机组的安全稳定运行带来隐患。对某公司2×350MW机组一次风机变频装置投自动旁路可行性进行了分析,为该公司变频装置旁路进行自动投切提供了投切方案。

Abstract:

A frequency converter of a company is equipped with automatic bypass conditions, but without switch scheme. Therefore, the automatic switch to the bypass cannot be realized when there is fault in frequency converter,which brings hidden trouble to the safety of the units. Taking an automatic bypass of the primary fan in 2×350MW units as an example, it analyzes the feasibility. The analysis provides automatic bypass scheme for the frequency converter of the company.
