摘要:

根据多次工艺试验的结果,通过优化铣刀装夹方式和铣刀型号,在不同加工阶段选择不同直径的铣刀,最终制定出科学的加工工艺,成功地保证了抽水蓄能电站尾水事故闸门门槽顶部座圈上的大型止水槽的加工质量。

Abstract:

According to the results of multiple process experiments, by optimizing the cutter clamping method and milling cutter model, milling cutters with different diameterwere selected at different processing stages, and finally scientific processing technology is developed. The processing quality of the large stopwater groove of the seat ring on the top of tailwater emergency gate groove in the pumping storage power station is successfully guaranteed.
