摘要:

针对燃煤机组定排乏汽的工质损失和热损失,以某电厂300MW机组为例,对采用喷射式混合加热器将定排乏汽回收到低压加热器中的节能技术进行可行性研究。计算结果表明,通过添加定排乏汽回收系统,单台机组每年可节约10781t水资源,每年回收的热能相当于981t标准煤的发热量,具有较高的经济效益。

Abstract:

To minimize the heat loss and working medium loss of periodical exhaust gas in coalfiled units, a feasibility research of an energysaving technology for periodical exhaust steam recovering into lowpressure heaters by jet mixing heater was taken on a 300MW unit.The results show that a unit installed periodical exhaust steam recovery system can save 10781 tons of water per year and the amount of heat recovered each year is equivalent to the calorific value of 981 tons of standard coal. It has high economic benefits.
