摘要:

膜袋灌浆技术采用高压灌浆机将化学材料注入膜袋内,化学材料遇水后迅速分散、乳化、膨胀、固结,形成新的化合物弹性体,使膜袋膨胀并完全填充较大的孔洞或管道,从而达到止水堵漏的目的。结合薛城水电站厂房渗漏处理过程,介绍了膜袋灌浆堵漏技术的应用,以供类似情况参考使用。

Abstract:

The film bag grouting technology injects chemical materials into the film bags by highpressure grouter. As chemical material meets water, it quickly disperses, emulsifies, expands,solidifies and forms a new compound elastomer which makes the film bag expand and completely fill the larger holes or pipes to stop water leakage. Combined with the treatment process of leakage in Xuecheng Hydropower Plant, the application of the filter bag grouting technology is  introduced as a reference for similar cases.
